  • 11 rules to guarantee your ad’s success
    1. The clients checks only relevant and informing ads.
    2. Create your ad so that your client feels it’s important for you.
    3. The ad has to show that the client can relate and identify with its partners for a better performance.
    4. A good ad is clear, easy to read and has enough space.
    5. It has to indicate the geographical targets which your company servers.
    6. Give your client a push to work with you.
    7. Use images and graphics which show the benefits you supply.
    8. Professional/academic titles are a bonus.
    9. Heading have to be large, clear, differenciating or communicate the benefits.
    10. Regarding on the price/performance ratio, the highlighted words must be: „cheap” or „lowest price”.
    11. Regarding the quality, the highlighted words must be: „technology”, „best quality”.
  • Which ad generates the most phonecalls?
  • It is impertative to give the most information possible to your client, by specifying your areas of expertise, working hours, all points of presence with corresponding phone numbers.
  • Create the first best impression.
  • A late answered phonecall costs money, create a bad reputation or worse. But next time the phone rings, use the following set of 6 rules
    1. Answer the phone before the 3rd ring.
      If you want to do business, don't leave your phone to ring more than 3 times, it will say you’re busy.
    2. Tell your company name and after that your name.
      The client should never ask if it’s the right number
      “Company name, Your name., Hello! How may I help you?”
    3. Don’t use slurs.
      Be provocative. Rather saying “ I don’t know”, better “Allow me to find it out for you.”
    4. Answer all requests on the same day.
      The faster you reply, the higher chance you have to sell.
    5. Before putting your client on hold, ask for it’s permission.
      During the hold, inform it about the status of the task every 30-40 seconds, and offer him the option of being called back.
    6. Next time a client calls, remind yourself that your professionalism is the key for closing a deal.
